Society has constructed 3 storied apartments named “Indira Nagar Housing Scheme” (Presidency Apartment) in Indira Nagar, Kadavanthara. All the flats were allotted to members of the society.
The society has constructed 3 storied apartments named Harmony Enclave consisting 42 units ( 3 bed room 30 units and 2 bed room 12 units) at Kunjan bava Road, Chettichira, Kadavanthra. All the flats were allotted to members.
Completed Housing Schemes
Giri Nagar South:
This was the golden project of the society. 278 plots were developed in an area of 33 Acres. Community Hall constructed in 42.89 cents of land, Giri Nagar Club which has a total built-up area of 7905 sq.ft. in 30.75 cents of land and office building in 10.625 cents of land with built-up area of 4549 sq.ft. and Girinagar L.P. School in 104.280 cents of land are owned by the society in this colony.
Giri Nagar North:
Society required 6.64 Acres of land from State Government in the year 1973 which consists of 102 plots. All the plots were allotted to members.
Indira Gandhi Nagar Scheme:
Society developed an area of 38.46 Acres of marshy land after extensive filling and divided into 286 plots. All the plots have been allotted to members. About 60 houses have been constructed in this colony.
Subash Nagar Colony:
This project has an area of 8.92 Acres of land consisting of 78 house plots. All the plots are allotted to members. So far about 60 houses has been constructed in this Scheme.

Society has purchased 50 cents of land at Maradu, which has been developed and divided into 7 house plots. All the plots have been allotted to members.

Society has purchased 4.35 Acres of land at Mulanthuruthy, which has been developed and divided into 60 house plots. All the plots have been allotted to members.
